SERVICE. Our customer service matches the elegance expected in dealing with the world’s finest automobiles. Every customer and vehicle is treated with first-class care before, during, and after repairs.

UPDATES. From drop-off to scheduling your repaired vehicle pick-up, we make sure you are informed during each step of the repair process.

RIDESHARE. If you require transportation at vehicle drop-off or for vehicle pick-up, our office can arrange an uber at cost. Any charges incurred will be included on the invoice for convenient billing.

PEACE OF MIND.

CRAFTSMEN. Our technicians are veteran collision experts backed by certifications and experience.

LIMITED CAPACITY. We are NOT a production shop, we are a specialty shop. We limit the number of vehicles each week to ensure individual attention and our strict quality standards are met in every repair.

STORAGE. Every vehicle is stored inside our secured 24/7 monitored facility.

CARE. Every vehicle is washed and vacuumed upon delivery. We also attend to any special requirements (i.e trickle charging).

CAR RENTAL ASSISTANCE

CONVENIENCE. We coordinate rental reservations and branch pick-ups at vehicle drop-off. When your vehicle is ready for pick-up, you drop off the rental with us and we will coordinate rental pick-up.

BODY SHOP RATES. We have partnered with Enterprise to provide discounted rates for our customers who will incur rental costs.

INSURANCE. Provide our office with your rental reservation code and we do the rest!

TOWING ASSISTANCE

CONVENIENCE. We coordinate tow pick-ups for you at the scene or after an accident, to focus on things that matter more. Towing costs are covered by your insurance or we can include tow charges on final invoice for convenient billing.

PRIORITY. We have partnered with Nelson’s Towing to provide fair and reliable flatbed service for our customers. Nelson’s Towing is equipped for exotic to major collision towing.

CUSTOMER PAY

Generally for preventive maintenance, cosmetic repairs/upgrades, and/or minor damage that does not exceed your deductible by 2x.

INSURANCE PAY

Generally for customers hit by another party, major collisions, or comprehensive damage that exceeds your deductible by 2x.

THIRD-PARTY

Generally for companies or individuals that hit another vehicle and want to have damage assessed and issue payment directly.

 CUSTOMER PAY

  • SCHEDULE ESTIMATE

    Call our main office or schedule an appointment online for a free in person estimate. Typically, this process is less than 30 minutes or for expedited service, around 5-10 minutes, we can email you your estimate. Estimates are a free service and can only be written at face value (damage that can be seen without tearing down the vehicle).

  • DAY OF ESTIMATE

    On the day of your estimate, please make sure to arrive on time or to communicate any delays/rescheduling. Feel free to call the main office should you require any directions. When you arrive, you will be greeted by our friendly office staff and complete an Estimate Ticket, providing required information to input your vehicle in the system. Our estimator will review your areas of concern, assess damage, and write up an estimate detailing total costs. We encourage customers to review the estimate in person, so that our staff can explain the repair in front of the vehicle. In the event you are in a hurry, we can email you a completed estimate via email and are always free to review via phone.

  • SCHEDULE DROP OFF

    When you are ready to schedule repairs give our main office a call. In certain circumstances vehicles can be dropped off at the time of receiving your estimate. If total repair time exceeds 3 days, we request you schedule a drop-off on a Monday to minimize down time (we are not open on weekends). Please inform the main office should you require a car rental prior to drop-off to ensure a reservation can be secured. Please inform the main office at time of scheduling of any engagements that require specific completion dates or hinder you from picking up the vehicle once completed.

  • DROP-OFF

    Every customer is required to sign a Repair Authorization, which grants BODY CRAFT USA authorization to store, operate, and work on your vehicle. Please ensure all personal belongings, anything of value is removed from your vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle has at least ¼ full gas tank. For electric vehicles, please ensure you have at least a half charge and portable charging cable in your vehicle. Your vehicle will be documented at the time of arrival and keys will be securely stored. Should you need to transfer items over to your car rental, please let our main office know and we will make sure your vehicle is readily accessible.

  • REPAIR PROCESS

    Our main office will be in contact with you through out your vehicles journey to pre-collision condition. We update our customers when the vehicle has finished teardowns, if additional damage is found, moving to/completing body repairs, moving to/completing prep for paint, moving to/completed paint, moving to detail. Once your vehicle is in detail our main office will provide you with an updated time frame for completion. Once your vehicle passes our strict quality control, you will receive the final update that your vehicle is officially ready for pick up and discuss final billing.

  • PICK-UP

    Our main office will contact you to schedule a pick-up day/time and review final billing. This appointment is to ensure the vehicle is parked on our lot for convenient exiting and to ensure your vehicle has a fresh complimentary wash and vacuum. A member of our staff will review your vehicle, ensure you are satisfied, then escort you to the main office to complete payment. If any paint work was completed, please wait 30 days before handwashing. If want clear paint protection was installed, we request you leave your vehicle in the sun for 2-3 days to allow any air bubbles to evaporate. We stand behind our work (Review our warranty) and are always readily available to answer any questions/concerns.

INSURANCE PAY

  • MY INSURANCE DIDN’T LIST YOUR SHOP.

    You are able to repair your vehicle at ANY shop you choose, we accept all major insurance.

    For over 30 years we have never deviated from our promise to the customer- Repair the vehicle as if it were our own. We don’t allow third-party companies to dictate how the vehicle should be repaired that would otherwise compromise or dimmish our reputation. For this reason, we are proud to be an independent shop, a DRP Shop for Liberty Mutual/Safeco, that works with and accepts all major insurance companies.

  • CLAIM PREPARATION

    Once you have called your insurance company to report a claim, you will be provided a claim number. In efforts to expedite repairs in a post-covid environment, we ask you receive an estimate direct from your insurance company prior to drop-off. Exceptions to this are major collisions that remedy your vehicle immobile, or should you wish to drop the vehicle off for your convenience. Please contact our main office, where we have a team member who is more than happy to assist you in getting the initial estimate process started.

  • SCHEDULE DROP-OFF

    Once you have your initial insurance estimate, give our main office to schedule a drop-off for repairs. Be sure to provide your car rental reservation code, if applicable (provided by insurance with policies with rental coverage), or let us know if you would like to reserve a car rental at our Body Shop rate. Remember to inform the main office at time of scheduling of any engagements that require specific completion dates or hinder you from picking up the vehicle once completed.

  • DROP OFF

    Every customer is required to sign a Repair Authorization, which grants BODY CRAFT USA authorization to store, operate, and work on your vehicle. Insurance customers will be required to sign an Assignment of Benefits form, authorizing Body Craft USA to communicate with your insurance about repairs and for direct to shop supplemental payment. Please ensure all personal belongings, anything of value, is removed from your vehicle. Please ensure your vehicle has at least ¼ full gas tank. For electric vehicles, please ensure you have at least a half charge and portable charging cable in your vehicle. Your vehicle will be documented at time of arrival and keys will be securely stored. Should you need to transfer items over to your car rental, please let our main office know and we will make sure your vehicle is readily accessible.

  • REPAIR PROCESS

    Our main office communicates directly with the insurance company for any supplemental work required and car rental extensions corresponding to vehicle repair status. Equally as important, we communicate with you throughout your vehicles journey to pre-collision condition. We update our customers when the vehicle has finished teardowns, if additional damage is found, moving to/completing body repairs, moving to/completing prep for paint, moving to/completed paint, moving to detail. Once your vehicle is in detail our main office will provide you with an updated time frame for completion. Once your vehicle passes our strict quality control, you will receive the final update that your vehicle is officially ready for pick up and discuss final billing (insurance checks and/or deductibles).

  • PICK -UP

    Our main office will contact you to schedule a pick-up day/time and review final billing. This appointment is to ensure the vehicle is parked on our lot for convenient exiting and to ensure your vehicle has a fresh complimentary wash and vacuum. A member of our staff will review your vehicle, ensure you are satisfied, then escort you to the main office to complete payment. We communicate with the insurance company the day/time of vehicle pick up and will coordinate any car rental returns. If any paint work was completed, please wait 30 days before handwashing. THIRD-PARTY PAY

  • SCHEDULE ESTIMATE

    We ask you give our main office a call ahead before sending over the party you are responsible for. Please let us know the Name, phone number, Make and Model of the vehicle, and the area for repair. We can either wait for the party to reach out or we can reach out on your behalf to schedule an estimate. We inform you of the scheduled date for the estimate. The responsible party does not need to be present.

  • DAY OF ESTIMATE

    The responsible party does not need to be present. Typically, this process is less than 15 minutes, where the damage will be assessed and documented. Typically, when Third-Party pay is involved, we do not hand an estimate to the damaged vehicle rather to the responsible party. We inform the owner of the vehicle that either the responsible party will be in touch or, if an estimate is approved, BODY CRAFT USA will call to schedule drop-off. Companies throughout South Florida choose Body Craft USA because of our reputation, fairness, and professionalism when acting as an extension of another business.

    If the third party is only involved at the capacity of paying (no direct referral), then we provide the estimate to the damaged vehicle owner.

  • SCHEDULE DROP OFF

    Once the estimate is approved by the responsible party, we call the damaged vehicle owner to set up a day/time for drop-off. Depending on the priority of the situation, we may be able to accommodate vehicles drop-off at the time of estimated approval. Car rental cannot be billed to Body Craft USA and requires the driver to pay for the car rental. Should the responsible party be covering car rental, you will need to reimburse the customer directly.

  • DROP OFF

    Our main office can update you according to your preferences but will relay general information direct to the vehicle owner. Our main office will contact the responsible party no 1-day prior to vehicle completion to schedule payment. Our general updates are: when the vehicle has finished teardowns, if additional damage is found, moving to/completing body repairs, moving to/completing prep for paint, moving to/completed paint, moving to detail. Once your vehicle is in detail our main office will provide you with an updated time frame for completion. Once your vehicle passes our strict quality control, you will receive the final update that your vehicle is officially ready for pick up and discuss final billing.

  • PICK-UP

    Our main office will contact you to schedule a time for payment and review final billing. This appointment is to review the completed and process payment. We do not accept company or personal checks. Payment can be made via credit card, cash, or cashier’s check. Third-party has the option to be present at the time of vehicle delivery or remit payment prior to delivery. However, payment must be received prior to vehicle pick-up. We do not release vehicles on credit or pending payments.

    At the time of pick-up, we have a Release of Liability form ready for the vehicle owner to sign, at the third party’s request.
