• A.  Our normal hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

• A.  If you call and an appointment has been made, we will wait for you to arrive or meet you in the morning at a set time.

• A.  We can arrange for your car to be flatbed to Body Craft by Triple D Towing, who are bonded and insured.

• A.  There will be a fee for any flatbed services, but most insurance companies will cover the charge.

• A.  Yes, we have a courtesy vehicle that can take you back home or to work (limited to local area).

• A.  Yes, we have a state-of-the-art four-wheel alignment system that can handle all of your alignment needs.

• A.  We try to service vehicles in a timely fashion, unless there is a problem receiving the parts or insurance reinspection.

• Q.  If my automobile needs parts, can you order them for me?
• A.  Yes we can order parts for you, but require a deposit.

• Q.  Will I have to schedule an appointment or can I just walk in?
• A.  It is preferable that you schedule an appointment for your repair or service.  However, we will try to accommodate walk-in's we if time permits.

• A.  Yes, if you have your vehicle here before 6:00 p.m. we can secure it within our locked gates.

• A.  Yes, we work on late model foreign and domestic vehicles.
