1. The vehicle is partially taken apart in order
to asses the full extent of the damage.
2. In this case the engine must be removed in
order to repair the vehicle properly.
3. Chains and hydraulic rams are used to
straiten the twisted metal.
4. It is decided that the vehicle will require a
new front cage. The damaged cage must be removed.
5. The new front cage is first fitted, then
welded into place. We use a laser guided measuring system which
is accurate within two (2) millimeters. This system ensures that the
repair will be virtually undetectable.
